Ethan & Amber Jacobsen have been in full time ministry for a combined 10 years, serving for Victory Christian Center in Tulsa Oklahoma. Together they serve as the Assistant Victory Kidz Outreach Directors and over see a number of outreach programs leading over 400 volunteers & reaching over 3,500 children & adults on a weekly basis. They both have a passion for seeing hurting & the lost restored for Jesus.
